Clear Communication: You can reach me through my social media pages. I’m very understanding, so feel free to ask anything. Please be clear with your order details. I may ask questions too so I can fully understand what you want and create your vision. Utilize the moments when I send screenshots of process to bring up any concerns so I can make changes if needed. "If you see something , say something". You have full rights to your order after it is completed to do whatever you want with it on any platform.
Concept Requirement: For me to begin on your order you must include a concept image or video in your form. Please make sure all the details we discussed are written on the form. I can only use what is on the form to complete your order, if you forget any information you can go back to the form and edit it. I would not be able to begin any work until the form is complete with the full proper details. Copyrighted items will only be modeled with altered, non infringing logos/model.
If your concept was made using AI (Artificial Intelligence), please note that some details may not translate well. I may need to adjust the design, which can take extra time and work. The final result may not look exactly the same as the AI image or video, but the overall idea and style will stay the same. If you do not like the way the changes of the concepts from AI is going please do not wait last minute to say something. The further I go into completion of a project the harder it is to go back to redo pieces and depending on how hard it is to revert back I may not adjust it.
Payment Terms: Only ACCEPTING USD. CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, MetaPay. Are the only payment options. This is not debatable. To begin work on your order, a minimum deposit of 15% of the total price is required. You are also welcome to pay a higher percentage or the full amount upfront if you prefer. For partial payments, the remaining balance is due once I provide proof of completion via a video or image from Second Life. Full refunds are only available if I have not started. If the order has started, you may cancel the order and receive 35% of the price that was paid back only. The first major change is free. Any additional major changes may require an extra fee. I, as the designer, have the right to refuse a request and provide a respectful refund of what was paid. If you do not pay the remaining balance and/or stop responding for one month after I show proof that your order is completed, I have the right to do what is needed to the project to recover the loss.
Scripter's Payment terms: Accepting Lindens. (to be paid separately from mesher)
Half of total amount upfront and the remainder at the end of completion.
Full refunds are available if the project is canceled before development has started or if the project is out of my ability to complete prior to your needs. Once work has started a partial refund of 50% will be returned if the client no longer wishes to go through with the project.
No refund will be given for the following: Script performance issues when in laggy sims, or other situations regarding regions set up. If you use or convert any script to go against any SL TOS (this will also result in a ban from my services)
Revisions & Fixes cost nothing extra: This applies only to bugs, errors, or correcting features not working correctly. If you re noticing you are wanting other features added please reach out in a timely manner, some addition may be subject to additional fees.
Timelines and Updates: Timelines are flexible and based on project complexity, but please wait until the product is completed to schedule it for a particular event use. Large scale builds and projects that have multiple combos of meshes, scripting, and animations are high-priority/high complexity tasks that require additional time. Please refrain from asking for additional pieces for your order that was not discussed at first and expect the same finish timeline outcome. My active window for work and messages is Monday through Friday mornings (EST).
No Rush Orders: I do not accept rush orders because I want to make sure every project gets the time it deserves. Please refrain from setting a firm deadline for event use when the product is not completed yet. Announcing during mid process of the order that it needs to be done at a particular date and time is not acceptable as it now pushes me to rush and neglect quality. I work at a steady pace to ensure you get the highest quality result possible. Taking the right amount of time prevents mistakes and ensures the final product looks its best!.
Respectful Communication: I am committed to staying professional and respectful, and I ask that you do the same. I find that staying calm helps us solve problems and come up with the best ideas. Please make sure the ideas you give me to recreate are your own. I am not responsible for any trouble or disagreements that happens if you use someone else's work or ideas without their permission.
