Clear Communication: Ensure you have a solid idea of what you want, as vague concepts can lead to misunderstandings. While minor changes are allowed, constant unnecessary requests for changes may result in a refund. Frequent modifications can also slow down the completion process.
2D Image vs. 3D Mesh: Please note, translating a 2D image to a 3D mesh in Second Life may result in differences. Some elements may not replicate precisely due to limitations. This issue is specific to Second Life and beyond my responsibility. Balancing detail and prim count is challenging, nearly impossible.
Concept Requirement: Groups like Greek organizations need a specific concept, not AI concepts as the primary idea. I can assist if you lack one or refer you to someone else. Clear concepts are crucial for custom orders to avoid delays.
Payment Terms: Full payment upfront or 50% deposit for orders over 15,000 Lindens/$70USD required to start. No full refunds once production begins. 100% refund available if there has not been any production. During production or upon my discretion, a 25% refund applies upon request. Any major concept changes during mesh creation will incur a 2000 Linden fee. Additional fees apply for after delivery modifications. (Refunds does not come with any mesh/pose/animation or asking for a refund after the mesh is given to you)
Timelines and Updates: Your custom order's progress will be updated periodically through videos and pictures from the virtual world and Blender. While I aim to complete orders within 30 business days of payment, timelines may vary due to design complexity. Please note that orders with multiple meshes might take longer, but I'll strive to finish sooner if possible. Your patience is appreciated as there are clients ahead in the queue.
Real-Life Priorities: Please be considerate of the fact that I have real-life commitments that take precedence. I will do my best to complete your order promptly. Anything related to ARK Customs will only be available during business hours of Monday to Friday from 6am SLT to 3pm SLT.
No Rush Orders: I do not accept last-minute or rush orders. Planning ahead ensures quality work and avoids compromising the outcome.
Avoid Rushing: While I understand your excitement about your order, kindly refrain from asking for completion time updates. Continuously asking for updates can be discouraging and may hinder the ability to deliver my best work.
Non-Resale Guarantee: Rest assured that we will not resell your custom item on Second Life.
Respectful Communication: I value respectful and open communication. Please do not assume annoyance or aggravation on my part. I may ask many questions to ensure I fully understand your requirements. Don't hesitate to provide all the details you want for your custom item, as I cannot read minds.
Customization Options: Your custom item will be provided in either COPY/MOD/TRANS or COPY/TRANS FULL PERM permissions. You can scale or unlink mesh pieces as needed and add or remove scripts. For poses, you can utilize them on furniture or gestures.
Written Details Only: To avoid any miscommunication, please refrain from sending details through voice, text, or in-world conversations. All necessary information must be included in the provided form. This ensures a smooth process without interrupting the workflow.
You are Responsible: Ark Customs hereby disclaims any responsibility for conflicts or disagreements arising between individuals or groups regarding the design of a custom mesh. Our sole obligation is to create the specified mesh for the client who has commissioned our services.
